COMMUNITY champion, George Bowden, is being remembered as a hard-working volunteer and dedicated family man, following his passing last week.

Harold Thomas Bowden, or George as he was affectionately known, passed away on January 6 at Cooma Hospital.

George was a committed volunteer and fundraiser, raising funds for Sir William Hudson Nursing home (now Hudson House), the Cooma Salvation Army and Dem...
