NEWLY elected Snowy Monaro Regional Councillor, Andrew Thaler, will be allowed to attend Council meetings in-person, following his ban from attending meetings being overturned.
Cr Thaler attended the Council office in Cooma last week to conduct his own councillor swearing in ceremony but was denied entry into the building. The ban had been in place for a number years.
